以前、某テレビ局がイタリアのアマルフィを舞台にした映画を製作しました。

そもそもアマルフィは交通の便が良いとは言えなくて、またアクセスしづらいこともあって、その映画上映前はそれほど日本人観光客が多いとは言えなかったと思いますが、上映後は確実に日本人観光客が増えたように感じます。

アマルフィに陸路でアクセスする場合は、ソレントまたはサレルノからバスでアクセスすることになりますが、クネクネした道を行くので車酔いする方は要注意。

日本ではアマルフィの方が有名ですが、どちらかというとアマルフィのすぐ近くにあるポジターノの方が絶対にお勧めです。

南イタリアを旅行する場合、ナポリやカプリ島の青の洞窟、遺跡で有名なポンペイ、カゼルタ宮殿などが定番中の定番ですが、ポジターノやアマルフィにも是非、足を伸ばしたい。

で、南イタリアで有名なのはレモン、それを使ったレモンチェッロですが、レモンチェッロの原価率を現地価格で概算してみたら、こんな値になりました。

レモンチェッロの原価率は？

イタリアンを食べに行くと、食後にレモンチェッロをオーダーする方も多いです。クラッシュアイスを入れて飲むと、さらに美味しさが倍増するわけですが、アルコール度は結構、高め。約30度。

1杯飲むだけでも、良い感じになる。

さてレモンチェッロですが、日本でも販売されているようなレモンチェッロは、現地でボトル１本(700CC)、通常６ユーロです。

飲むときは、ご存じの方も多いはずですが、ワイングラスではなく、ちょっと小さめのグラスで飲みますね。

ざっくりレモンチェッロの原価率を計算してみる

現地のお土産屋さんでは、レモンチェッロ向けの小さなグラスが売られていますが、これを使って飲むとします。グラスの容量は60cc程度。レストランでオーダーしても、だいたい60cc程度のはず。

レモンチェッロのボトル１本は700ccなので、約11.5杯飲むことができます(700cc÷60cc)。

おそらくお店でレモンチェッロを提供するときは、１杯800～900円なので、その間をとって値段を１杯850円とすると、ボトル１本分販売したときの売価は9,775円(850円×11.5杯)。

ボトル１本が６ユーロで、1ユーロ≒130円なので、円換算すると780円。

これを前提に考えれば、現地価格で考えた場合のレモンチェッロ１杯の原価率を概算すると

８％≒780円÷9,775円

現地価格ベースで計算してみた場合、日本の店舗でレモンチェッロを提供するときの概算原価率は、約８％
